PUBLIC CONTRACT (OFFER)
for the provision of services in the field of design and architectural visualisation

PREAMBLE
Individual entrepreneur Mukhametov Kyrylo Volodymyrovych (RNOKPP:
3445916092), registered in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, acting on the basis
of an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and
Public Organisations, and is a single tax payer (3rd group), hereinafter referred to as
The «Contractor», on the one hand, acting on the basis of freedom of contract and in full
compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular the provisions of Articles 633,
641 and 644 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, which regulate public contracts and the procedure
for their conclusion, hereby officially and publicly offers an unlimited number of capable
individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the «Customer») to enter into this
Public Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the «Agreement» or the «Offer») for the provision
of services on the terms and conditions set out below. This Offer is an official offer expressing
the Contractor’s firm intention to consider itself legally bound by the terms and conditions set
forth below to each person who accepts (accepts) this offer.
This Agreement is a public contract of adhesion and is posted on the official website of
the Contractor at hflps://halodesign.studio/.
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1. The Offer is an official and public offer of the Contractor addressed to an unlimited
number of persons and containing all the essential conditions for concluding the Agreement
for the provision of Services remotely. This document is not the subject of individual
negotiations; it is a standardised offer expressing the Contractor’s intention to be bound
by the terms and conditions set forth herein to any person who accepts it. The publication
of this document on the Contractor’s Website shall be deemed to be a proper informing of
potential Customers about the terms of cooperation.
1.2. The Contractor’s Website is a web page on the Internet at hflps://halodesign.studio/,
which is not only the official source of information about the Contractor and its Services, but
also the platform for concluding this Agreement. The website is the only reliable source of the
current version of the Offer. Any amendments or additions to the Agreement shall enter into
force upon their publication on the Website.
1.3. Acceptance is a legally significant action of the Customer, which indicates its full,
unconditional and unconditional acceptance of all the terms of this Offer without any changes,
exceptions or reservations. Acceptance shall be deemed to be the performance by the
Customer of a conclusive action, namely, payment (full or partial) of the cost of the Services on
the basis of the Invoice (Invoice) issued by the Contractor. Making payment confirms

ПРЕАБМБУЛА
Фізична особа-підприємець Мухаметов Кирило Володимирович (РНОКПП:
3445916092), що зареєстрований відповідно до законодавства України, діє на підставі
Виписки з Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб-підприємець та
громадських формувань, та є платником єдиного податку (3-тя група), надалі іменований
«Виконавець», з однієї сторони, діючи на засадах свободи договору та у повній
відповідності до чинного законодавства України, зокрема положень статей 633, 641 та
644 Цивільного кодексу України, які регулюють публічні договори та порядок їх
укладення, цим документом офіційно та публічно пропонує необмеженому колу
дієздатних фізичних та юридичних осіб (надалі – «Замовник») укласти цей Публічний
договір (надалі – «Договір» або «Оферта») про надання послуг на нижчевикладених
умовах. Ця Оферта є офіційною пропозицією, що виражає твердий намір Виконавця
вважати себе юридично зобов’язаним на викладених нижче умовах перед кожною
особою, яка прийме (акцептує) цю пропозицію.
Цей Договір є публічним договором приєднання та розміщений на офіційному
веб-сайті Виконавця за адресою: https://halodesign.studio/.
1. ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ТЕРМІНІВ
1.1. Оферта – ця офіційна та публічна пропозиція Виконавця, що адресована
необмеженому колу осіб і містить усі істотні умови для укладення Договору про надання
Послуг дистанційним способом. Цей документ не є предметом індивідуальних
переговорів; він є стандартизованою пропозицією, яка виражає намір Виконавця
вважати себе зобов’язаним на викладених умовах з будь-якою особою, що її прийме.
Публікація цього документа на Сайті Виконавця є належним інформуванням потенційних
Замовників про умови співпраці.
1.2. Сайт Виконавця – веб-сторінка в мережі Інтернет за адресою
https://halodesign.studio/, яка є не лише офіційним джерелом інформування про
Виконавця та його Послуги, але й платформою для укладення цього Договору. Сайт є
єдиним достовірним джерелом актуальної редакції Оферти. Будь-які зміни або
доповнення до Договору набувають чинності з моменту їх публікації на Сайті.
1.3. Акцепт – юридично значуща дія Замовника, що свідчить про його повне, безумовне
та беззастережне прийняття всіх умов цієї Оферти без будь-яких змін, винятків чи
застережень. Акцептом вважається вчинення Замовником конклюдентної дії, а саме –
здійснення оплати (повної або часткової) вартості Послуг на підставі виставленого
